  • ✦Advertising placements, visibility, and rotation are not guaranteed and may vary based on system load and available inventory.
  • ✦DineOKC may update or modify advertising offerings at any time.
  • ✦Businesses are responsible for providing accurate artwork and promotional materials.

04. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • ✦All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • ✦Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • ✦You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • ✦No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.

05. CONTENT ACCURACY

  • ✦Restaurant information is provided by restaurants, third‑party sources, or automated systems.
  • ✦DineOKC does not guarantee accuracy of menus, hours, pricing, or availability.
  • ✦Users should verify details directly with the restaurant.

06. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • ✦DineOKC is not responsible for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or third‑party actions.
  • ✦DineOKC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform or advertising services.
  • ✦Use of the platform is at your own risk.

07. PRIVACY
